There are so many features available in Excel, one of which is the Page Breaks Preview feature. What is Preview Page Breaks? Page Breaks Preview is one of the features that serves to display the content that is in Microsoft Excel only or to remove the blank view that is not filled in the Excel table.

This feature serves to focus the user only on editing the existing part of the table that has been previously filled in and set which pages will be printed. Of course, some people don't know because they just opened the file but can't add columns or rows because of this page breaks preview.

You can remove this Page Breaks Preview by going to the View Menu > Page Breaks Prewive, change it to normal. The description is as follows:

If you want to remove these Page Breaks settings, you just need to go to the Page Layout > Breaks > Remove Page Breaks, follow the image:

To re-add page breaks, just select the table that will be marked, then on the Page Layout > Breaks > Insert Page Breaks, it will automatically add back the page delimiter.

This page break is indeed a feature that is often used because of the large amount of data that is often processed in Excel and makes it easier for users to focus on editing the data, especially for selecting which pages to print.
